Bi-monthly they'll explore a specific chakra to focus on opening & bringing to balance through restorative yoga poses, visualization, hands-off reiki, essential oils, & mantra! This month they will activate and balance the sacral (Svadhishthana) and the solar plexus (Manipura) chakras. You'll tap into your creative and sensual energies, and connect deeply with your inner power in order to manifest your wildest dreams.
They will provide an array of different tools you can utilize on your own to connect to and balance your own chakras off the mat! #blackswanyoga
