What’s Included?
6 nights accommodations at Danyasa eco-retreat. Lodging includes AC, hot water, wifi and access to filtered drinking water.
Plant-based meals and snacks design to nourish you during the week. Meals are buffet style from the private kitchen in the jungle lounge.
A great combination of ecotourism and wellness activities; hike to waterfall, 2 surf lessons, cacao ceremony and sound healing.
Twice daily yoga classes and an special reiki healing workshop.

Caoilfhionn is a dedicated yoga teacher who is passionate about making yoga accessible and inclusive for everyone. Her classes are designed to support people of all abilities and backgrounds, providing a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered.
With 6 years of experience teaching yoga, Caoilfhionn has developed a teaching style that is both gentle and effective. Her classes incorporate a variety of yoga styles and techniques, including breath work, meditation, and movement, to help students build strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
Whether you're a seasoned yoga practitioner or a complete beginner, Caoilfhionn's classes will challenge you to grow and evolve in your practice, while also providing a safe and nurturing space for self-discovery and exploration.
Ivonne Miller
Hi! I’m Ivonne
Yoga, breath work and meditation teacher, coach & intuitive reiki healer. My passion is to create spaces for conscious movement, connection and healing.
I was born and raised in Guayama, Puerto Rico surrounded by nature and spirituality. After completing my Multidisciplinary B.A. in Advertising, Education and Psychology from Sacred Heart University, I moved to Miami to further my education completing a Masters in Management Information Systems from Nova South Eastern University. I later relocated to New York City to pursue a career on advertising where I found employment as a member of the New York Magazine digital advertising team. It was during my time in New York City that my vision and priorities started to shift.
In February 2017 with more than a decade of yoga practice I realized my true passion for yoga. I completed a 200 hour teacher training program at the Yandara Yoga Institute in B.C.S., Mexico. In February 2019 I completed a 300 hour advance teacher training at the same facility. During my time in Mexico, I discovered the wonderful healing effects of Reiki and became a certified Reiki Master. I am very passionate about learning and I am always looking for ways to continue my education.
I believe the body requires movement to remain agile and strong; but it also needs stillness and serenity in order to restore balance. Supported by multiple trainings my classes are infused with a creative, personal touch.
