Join us for the beginning of a magical journey into the Chakras with BSY Teachers Caoilfhionn and Ivonne. Caoilfhionn and Ivonne are passionate about the power of restorative yoga and the philosophy of the Chakras, so they decided to combine the two into a powerful workshop all for you.

This workshop won’t be heated or physically vigorous. Come in comfy clothes ready to relax, grow and restore. If you want extra coziness, bring your own props, pillow or blanket. We have props for your use, but extra cloud-vibes are always blissfully encouraged.

This workshop, as with all of our in studio workshops, is a suggested donation of $20.
